What's That in My Box?
We recognize that some of the produce you will be receiving in your CSA will be unfamiliar to you, and you may not know exactly how to use it. Your CSA farmer might be able to answer some of your questions. Alternatively, our partner farms have great websites that you can check out under our CSA tab. McCollum Orchards has done a wonderful job cataloging and describing the produce they grow, so that you know what you are getting and how to enjoy it!
